Our apartments and townhomes come fully-equipped with internet, phone and cable access, plenty of closet space, an eat-in kitchen and ceiling fans. Plus, with beautifully landscaped and recently remodeled exteriors, you can sit back and relax while on your balcony or patio!

The Eagles Eyrie apartments welcomes pets! There are a few restrictions when it comes to dogs allowed within our communities. All pets must be at least 12 months old, dogs can not weigh more than 50 pounds and have a height limit of 18 inches. As for cats, they must be spayed or neutered to be allowed within our apartments.

In addition, there is a $25/month pet rent as well as a $300 deposit for one pet and $500 for 2 pets. All pets must be listed on our renter’s insurance policy. All of this information is available upon your move-in and our leasing office will happily assist you with any questions you may have.
